What is organic Cashmere?
Organic Cashmere is simple and clean. It is pure untreated and unbleached fibres sourced from Inner Mongolia. The harvesting is done through the combing process. Interestingly there are only 3 naturally occurring colours - cream, brown and beige. All other organic cashmere is naturally eco-dyed.
The cashmere is handpicked from goats that are not sheared but only combed. The goats naturally shed their undercoat when the days lengthen and the temperatures rise and you have to catch the right time period and comb the down out, this is a very gentle process.
